Eclipse Experience 2010

For all those attending the Eclipse Experience tomorrow here is some additional information (which you should already have received via email):

Theatre Location - Regal Union Square theatre is located at 850 Broadway, New York NY 10003 Mapquest

Parking near Theatre - There are quite a few parking garages in the area of the theater Parking Garages

Collecting your Event Ticket(s) - Volturi Ventures will have a table on the ground floor lobby of the theatre where you can collect your movie ticket(s) starting at 5:00pm. Please note that you cannot enter the main theatre until 6:30pm and prior to this you cannot wait inside the building. If you choose to line up to wait prior to 6:30pm, you will be outside.

The person who purchased the tickets must be present to claim them and must have the PayPal receipt they received when purchasing the tickets along with proper photo ID.

When claiming your ticket(s), you will receive a wristband to enter the theater. If you are picking up multiple tickets for your group, they all must present their ticket to receive a wristband. You cannot take the wristband to them. Our volunteers will fasten the wristband to each attendee’s wrist upon claiming a ticket. If your group isn't all at theater when you are, you will have to wait outside to give them their tickets and they will have to wait in line to receive their wristband. You will not be allowed admittance into the movie without a wrist band.

Timing - All attendees must take their seats in the theatre by 8:00pm. The event will begin with our welcome and the raffle prizes. The movie will begin at 8:30pm *SHARP*

Raffle Tickets - For those of you who donated in advance, you can collect your raffle tickets from the Volturi Ventures table in the lobby of the theatre from 5:00pm onwards the day of the event. All others can purchase tickets on the evening at a cost of $10 for five raffle tickets, $20 for fifteen raffle tickets or $30 for an arm's length of tickets (cash only).
